Month/Day of - Coordination - Service Begins 4 week prior to the wedding date // starting at $2,000

This package includes:

  • 1 Pre-Event Zoom Meeting to discuss wedding day details

  • Assistance with your final venue meeting

  • Sending venue all needed documents, floorplan, insurance, etc.

  • Custom Timeline Creation

  • Day-Of Wedding Rehearsal

  • Coordinate with all vendors on arrival/drop off times

  • Send vendors all rules, and collect all insurance required

  • Make sure your wedding day adheres to your timeline

  • Coordinate until send-off time on wedding day

  • Tend to all bridal party needs 1 hour before ceremony (putting on boutonnieres, corsages, ties, etc)

Ivy Package

Month of - Coordination, Decorating, Set- Up, and Floor Plan Creation - Service Begins 6 weeks prior to the wedding date // starting at $3,000

  • 1 Pre-Event Meeting to discuss wedding day details

  • Assistance with your final venue meeting

  • Assist in building your timeline

  • Day- Of Wedding Rehearsal

  • Coordinate with all vendors on arrival/drop off times

  • Send vendors all rules, and collect all insurance required

  • Make sure your wedding day adheres to your timeline

  • Coordinate until send-off time on wedding day

  • Assistance with decorating all your decor day - of (this does not include the decor itself or florals)

  • Put linens on all tables

  • Build your own custom floor-plan to fit your needs

  • Tend to all bridal party needs 1 hour before ceremony (putting on boutonnieres, corsages, ties, etc)

  • Help pack up all personal items and wedding decor at the end of the evening

Emerald Package

Partial- Planning Package - service begins 6-8 months prior to you wedding date // starting at $5,000

  • 2 In-Depth Pre-Event Planning Meetings

  • Attendance at up to 2 vendor meetings as needed

  • Assistance with your final venue meeting

  • Custom timeline creation

  • 30 Minute Rehearsal at venue only

  • Coordinate with all vendors on arrival/drop off times

  • Send vendors all rules, and collect all insurance required

  • Make sure your wedding day adheres to your timeline

  • Coordinate until send-off time on wedding day

  • Assistance with decorating all your decor day - of (this does not include me providing the decor items themselves or building florals)

  • Put linens on all tables

  • Build your own custom floor-plan to fit your needs

  • Tend to all bridal party needs 1 hour before ceremony (putting on boutonnieres, corsages, ties, etc)

  • Help pack up all personal items and wedding decor into vehicles at the end of the evening

Full Service Planning Package - service begins immediately upon booking // starting at $7,000

  • Unlimited Planning Meetings

  • Assistant Coordinator on wedding day for min of 10 hours

  • Attendance at up to 4 vendor meetings as needed

  • Full running of final venue meeting

  • Custom timeline creation

  • 30 Minute Rehearsal at any location

  • Coordinate with all vendors on arrival/drop off times

  • Send vendors all rules, and collect all insurance required

  • Make sure your wedding day adheres to your timeline

  • Coordinate until send-off time on wedding day

  • Assistance with decorating all your decor day - of (this does not include me providing the decor items themselves or building florals)
